"I shattered the setting sun, ___________"

A writing challenge in Chinese that I took part while doing acupuncture work. To make myself feel like I was actually doing work, I embedded acupoints in the poem. Can you find them? Original in Chinese with English translation.

I shattered the setting sun,

mirroring the world in fractured shards.

Some, at Branch Ditch, fish for the bright moon;

some, at Cloud Gate, sit in the void.

That day, the spring wind crossed the town,

scattering cherry blossoms blooming to their end.

Those nameplates strewn along the Pottery Path —

no one would stoop to lift them.

I rest my back against Kunlun,

my gaze trails the Great Stream into the boundless sea.

Await the morrow’s dawn —

this Saha world shall, at last, meet at Hundred Convergences.
